MANAGING INTERPERSONAL CONFLICTS: Practical and Theoretical Approaches

The narration is allowed to ride on the wings of events in the life of the key characters. In places, the presentation of the dialogues takes the form of drama, a testimony to the writer’s confidence – experimenting, innovative, daring – reminiscent of Wole Soyinka’s The Interpreters. The sudden self-dialogue in some places provide the required insight into the mind and thought pattern of the characters. The maturity and intellectual depth of a writer are best appreciated when one reads the lines and in between lines of the dialogues and the plot fillers..
